Happiness and Joy

Let the Love inside of me
Bring Happiness and Joy

May I always feel peace
And content, rather than annoyed

Let the shadows in my soul
Slip away and leave my spirit free

Let the light guide my journey to be me

May the Sun Shine upon my back
and warm me to the core

May I sleep at nightwithout worry
And feel guilt and shame no more

Let my love be given and expectation
Of return be gone is my lesson to be learned

I love you and I also love me

I am whole, I am complete

I can now see

And fear has left my soul

Love Right Now

Love-Right-NowWhen I say I love you

I mean it from the bottom of my heart.
When I find it hard to leave you
and avoid our time apart.

Please don’t find a reason to go away
I want us to be closer with each passing day.
I need to know no matter what
we’ll do our best together.
To love and hold on to what we have
while wanting to be better.
We know that everything worthwhile to keep
takes time and patience and faith in leaps.

So why wait for the tomorrow that never comes.


Today is all we have – the rise and setting of the sun
is God with the power to take the calculator and do the sums…
Determine if we live or change lives…
We know that only the fittest of the minds survives.


Dear One we have a chance…
entwined we’re stronger than the olive branch.
Let’s pull together and make our nest
Keep a peaceful, joyous heart as we
make a fresh start and forget the tests.

We are the most important person to each other.
Let no man pull us under.


You and me happily together is where we’re meant to be.

Time on Earth

Time On Earth
When the earth stands still, we will know that time has no place

We will not haste to any important matters to attend

We will comprehend what life really means with no agenda to fulfill

If the earth stood still we will never have to worry
Never have to grin and bear the bills

When the earth stands still this will be a new world

Money has no currency; value is obtained in new measure

The measure of humanity as a whole is peace

The true value of human connection we teach

If the earth stands still we shall be living free

We will be living naturally and self-sustainably

No more tears for absent love we hear the fears of everyone

Universal knowledge instantly permeates our entire way of being

In a moment we finally emerge our heads from the sand

We inherently become aware of all that there is and

The power known as Source governing Universal Law

Door to Love

Door To Love
When Love knocks on your door
your life will not be as before.
At first you will walk taller and be closer to the sun
and later sadly, you will focus on fear and want to run.
Others perceive the treasure you have found
and you become the envy of everyone.
From the inside you feel no heart connection

from the outside you sense desire.

You procrastinate until you create a quagmire

of uncertainty, self-doubt and your own living hell.

Why my friend when you choose love

life can be so much easier than that?

Love will take you higher than you have ever been before.

Love will fly you to the top of the tallest mountain

Utter Crow

Utter Crow
To those of us who hate pigeon holes.

Four black crows sat ’round a water bath
One said to the other, “Ain’t it time we had a laugh”
Why should the kookaburra have all the fun
While the crocodile smiles cunningly in the sun
All day long we whinge and moan
Complain about our babies leaving home
I think we should make a pact

And sacrifice a feather

To make sure we all stay positive together

Whenever people see us someone ends up dying

It’s like we’ve put a hex on people with our flying

Maybe we could dip ourselves in a tub of white paint

And become more like a dove

A recognized symbol of peace and love

Crow number two, said short, sharp and clear,

“A leopard can’t change its spots, my dear…

Although we’re black we represent the human plight

Of passing from the darkness into heavenly light”

Doubting Thomas

Doubting Thomas
Crestfallen Not living up to her dreams.

Wasting time, on this rhyme, so it seems.

Living life for others

no prospects of her own

Oh Lord she feels so alone.

Happiness is a state of mind

An old cliche with meaning blurred.

Messages unclear, or haven’t you heard

Life gets stereotyped

Society’s imagination Lack of creation.

Damn it I just want to live my life

Own terms, own rules. Meaning

No following sheep onto the ark of fools.

So here I am: A woman with a vision.
Future course could be a collision.
Risk rejection Self-reflection
Zero detection of limitations.
Knowing that no action
Equals no-body no-thing in disguise
Or take chances, make it happen and be wise.

Perfect in God’s Eyes

Gods Eyes
Standing atop a mountain

With God’s vision out to sea

In retrospect I must respect

The love and light in me

Waves crash into the shore

As I witness in awe

The power God has overall
I realize I’m part of a Master Plan

Being as I am I stand tall

For I am perfect in God’s eyes

I feel joy in my own stillness

Sorrow in my willingness

To let go of all that’s past

Regardless of my ego’s haste
I usher in a new frame of mind
Where pleasure meets pain
But pain is felt only momentarily
So I say goodbye at last
To everything that created fear
And now a golden opportunity presented here
To show loved ones what matters most
Spending time with each soul
My heart loving unconditionally
Manifests true value over gold

True Kinship
Trust your friends until they may

Prove their faith’s in disarray

Give them love and light their way

Remove their burden from laden heart

Find their truth right from the start

If disloyal track record is in mind’s store

Beware of leaving an open door

Beyond reproach a friend must be

Scorn a woman badly with deceit

And hell hath no fury
That she cannot fathom whose heart is true
One must sever ties when lies be told
For one builds to another
Until affection cold
A friend tells the truth without condition
And is not smite with ego’s ambition
Amity is not subject to lies by omission
I pray for the love of God
Show me
That I can be the best friend I can be
My friends become like family as
Kindred spirits in the New Earth’s domain
I protect myself in vulnerability
And give everything I have despite
Fallibility and in return Deserve the Same

Ocean Splendor

Ocean Splendor
Crimson sky atop the ocean spray

Waves clambering to the foreshore

On this cloudy autumn day

Boat bobbing on the surface ripples

Coastline to the left and cliff face right

Two females chatting animatedly walk by

Lovers holding hands look into each other’s eyes

Body-boarders march triumphantly from the sand

Wading through the surf for that perfect wave to land

Jet-ski swishes forward at break neck speed
Leaving a watery trail for his shadow to read
Flies sifting o’er sand resting here and there
Aimless wondering without a living care
Seaweed strewn like slops of matted mess
Wafting smells of manly odor any woman would attest
All in all this beautiful day with no agenda or plan
How great it is to be just as I am!
