Room To Read – Charities Founded By John Wood
At PersonCalculator.com we have a deep belief in the acts of altruism and Philanthropy, the act of giving and receiving are both important concepts. Giving shows you are willing to let go of attachment to something whether it be money or time, and Receiving- equally important- gives someone else the opportunity to be of service.
Important for you to know is that we believe fully in an active philosophy, not empty words-
‘Life happens at the level of events, not of words…’ ~Alfred Adler.
Being of service to your fellow man whether it is devoting time and money to charities, or something less visual like helping out a neighbor or friend in need without payment tells the universe you want to create movement – opposite to stillness and stagnation. Pay It Forward is not just a movie, it’s about moving things along, a philosophy that creates a positive momentum in your life and has by extension real world implications.
If you consider what happens to people that try and prosper in this world without kindness toward their fellow man – the idea that good people never prosper and dishonest people do better in the modern world, does not hold true, not without substantial cost.
Every action has an equal and opposite reaction and no action is without consequence, eventually the energy behind the initial action will return to its rightful owner in a form comparable to the act- whether it is with good or bad intention. In the Ancient Pagan belief system, one must consider that every act, positive or negative returns to you threefold, so better make sure of your intent.
In that respect I beg to differ with anyone who thinks that good people, whether devoted to charities or just doing the odd good turn, never get ahead. Napoleon Hill wrote a book called Think and Grow Rich, back in March, 1937. His famous quote:
“It is literally true that you can succeed best and quickest by helping others to succeed.’~Napoleon Hill.
The impetus for the book came from the famous industrialist Andrew Carnegie who believed that the process of success could be deduced to a simple formula that could be duplicated by the average person.
Napoleon Hill in collaboration with Carnegie, interviewed 500 of the world’s most successful people to come up with this simple formula. Subsequently, the formula was extended to become part of a Universal Law of Success.
The simple formula which made Napoleon so famous also has at the core ancient Babylonian theory, now known as the 30/70 rule by entrepreneurs the world over. The book The Richest Man in Babylon by George Clason discusses each rule seemingly through parables to emphasize major concepts of accumulating personal wealth.
30% {10% for yourself- ‘jiggle’ money for your pocket or investment.
{10% of income for debts.
{10% for zakat, for giving to charities for the feeble or poor.
70% to live a good life with.
Stick to the formula and you will reap rewards of a happy, prosperous and virtuous life.

You managed to hit the nail upon the highest and also defined out the entire thing with no need side-effects , other folks can take a signal. Will probably be back to get more. Thanks!
